The CLF approach

Our approach to concrete floor repairs begin with an investigation into the defect and the cause thereof.  It is imperative to the repair of the floor to do a thorough investigation into the cause of the defect, in failing to do so, repair specifications could be incorrect and the incorrect materials used to effect the repairs. Once we have determined the cause, we get to work using our many years of contracting experience and using our excellent, high quality range of products and equipment to ensure the necessary repairs are done.

Concrete Cutting

400 Saw Cut Machine

For quick, portable concrete cutting – CLF makes use of Heavy Duty Green Concrete Saws

Powered by a 4.0 hp petrol engine, the B-400 saw, with cutting ability up to 55mm, allows cutting of concrete control joints in green concrete slabs at a faster rate than electric saws and because of the dependable petrol engine, no cords or generators are required.

Dry Cut Equipment

CLF uses Dry Saw Cutting equipment to dry cut damaged joints so that there is no residual dust and allows rapid repairs within 12 hours.

Soff Cut Equipment

CLF uses the Soff Cut machine which employs patented diamond blade technology which allows for early age cutting of concrete before the concrete develops tensile stresses and crack.  The concrete cut approximately 3 hours after finishing is done.
