Level Repairs
WIn the logistics and supply chain sector of the warehousing and distribution market, the demand for “flat and level” floors has increased dramatically.
The storage and distribution needs of the companies operating such facilities have evolved, driven specifically by the need for space maximisation. They are either specifying flatter and more level floors at the time of construction or they are upgrading existing facilities to have narrower aisles and much higher racking. As a result, they must use far more
sophisticated MHV’s and reach trucks that require very flat and level floors to operate efficiently.
CLF has incorporated methodologies to achieve these
necessary flatness and level tolerances. These include either specialist floor
grinding or the application of appropriate self-levelling screeds. We have
undertaken successful projects for clients such as Adendorff, Clover, Dischem
and DSV.
