CLF was appointed by Refine Property Group, to supply and place the
19 500m2 concrete floor.
CLF worked with the main contractor on the project, GD Irons.
The 19 500m2 was broken into:
- Seamless Floor = 15 500m2 @ 230mm thick
- Traditional Floor = 4 500m2 @ 200mm thick
The specifications for the floor included the following:
- Direct Discharge
- FM2 Tolerance (TR 34 4th Edition)
